Welcome back to part 2 of The Nintendo Wii and Fitness. Let's not waste any time and get to the next three amazing fitness video games!

3. Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010

With Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010 you get a better fitness game than the 2009 version. The game developers have learned much since 2009.

With this game you can get in shape with Jillian as your personal trainer. She is very direct and you can plan your routines with her for the coming 6 months.

The game includes both cardio training and strength training with exercises such as jumping jacks, running, hip twists, pelvic thrusts, back kick, boat pose, push ups and more.

The game has been more enhanced to use the balance board than the 2009 version. All movements are more accurate and the exercises are more tougher.

All in all, this game is much better tahn the 2009 version.

4. Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games

This is a game that looks very interesting and fun. I was a big fan of sonic when I was 10 or so.

Now, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games is a game where you can compete in real Olympic winter events. In 2010 it's going to be Vancover that has the Winter Olympics and you can with this game enjoy it from your living room.

The game offers traditional competition and you can play single player, multiplayer, co op, and festival mode.

You can choose among many different characters from both the games of Sonic and Mario.

The game has support for The Wii balance board and you can buy the gear and upgrades for the different competitions.

5. The Biggest Loser

This is a very popular wii fit game and a very popular program. I'm talking about the biggest loser video game for wii.

With the game you get over 88 different exercise to help you reach your ideal weight quickly. What makes this game interesting is that you can customize your workout exstensively with a daily calendar. With it you also get 50 healthy recipes from the biggest loser cookbook.

The game will allow you to chose a 4, 8, or 12 week program were you can compete with contestants from the previous seasons of the biggest loser.

You can also compete with a friend to get that extra motivation to follow through with your workouts.

The workouts that you can get are everything from lower body, core, cardio workouts, and yoga.

This game is very high quality and can really help you to lose weight and the same time having fun.
